- Professional background, qualifications, and subject expertise
- Resume, cover letter, and certificates you upload
- Usage data while you use the platform (logins, order interactions)

- To operate your expert account and match you to relevant orders
- To process earnings and payout requests
- To communicate with you about your account, orders, and platform updates
4. Expert Anonymity
Clients on the platform do not see your personal information, name, or contact details. Completed work is delivered without attribution to you. We take expert confidentiality seriously and will not disclose your identity to any third party without your explicit consent, except where required by law.
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure, encrypted servers. Application documents are stored on Cloudinary, a secure cloud service. We apply industry-standard security practices and limit access to your data to authorised personnel only.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, personal data is deleted within 30 days, except where legally required to be retained (e.g. financial transaction records, which are kept for 7 years).
7. Cookies
We use session cookies solely for authentication purposes. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
8. Third Parties
We use the following third-party services: MongoDB Atlas (database), Cloudinary (document storage), ZeptoMail (transactional email). We do not sell your data to advertisers or data brokers.
