1. Acceptance

By applying to or using Meistersdome, you agree to these Terms of Service. Meistersdome is operated by GradeEssays. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Independent Contractor Status

You are an independent contractor, not an employee of Meistersdome or GradeEssays. You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and professional obligations. Nothing in these terms creates an employment, partnership, or agency relationship.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to work as a freelance contractor in your jurisdiction. You must provide accurate information in your application and profile.

4. Work Standards

• All work must be original and meet the client brief
• Work must be delivered by the stated deadline
• You must not use AI-generated content without explicit admin approval
• You must not share or re-sell any work delivered through Meistersdome
• Plagiarism will result in immediate account suspension

5. Confidentiality

You must keep all client information, order details, and platform data strictly confidential. You may not disclose the existence or content of any order to any third party.

6. Earnings and Payouts

Earnings are credited upon order approval. Fines apply for late delivery or quality failures as determined by admin. Payout requests are processed within the stated payout window. Meistersdome reserves the right to withhold payment for orders under active dispute or investigation.

7. Fines and Penalties

• Late delivery: fine calculated as a percentage of order value based on lateness
• Repeated revision requests due to brief not being met: fine applies
• Plagiarism: full order value forfeited; account suspended
• Misconduct or abuse: account suspended without payout

8. Account Suspension

Meistersdome reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account for breach of these terms, poor quality output, or conduct harmful to clients or the platform.

9. Intellectual Property

Upon delivery and payment, all intellectual property rights in the work are transferred to the client. You retain no rights to re-use, republish, or sell the delivered work.

10. Limitation of Liability

Meistersdome is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, order disputes, or third-party payment failures beyond our reasonable control.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance.
