Standards
Quality Guide & Fines
The standards we hold every expert to — and what happens when they're not met. Clear rules protect you and our clients.
Our quality promise
Every order delivered through Meistersdome must meet four core standards — no exceptions.
✍️
Original work only
Submissions are scanned for plagiarism before delivery. Any match above 15% triggers a mandatory revision. AI-generated content passed off as original is treated as plagiarism.
🎯
On brief, on format
Follow the client's instructions exactly — topic, word count, citation style, and any specific requirements. Deviations result in mandatory revisions and potential fines.
⏰
On time, every time
Deadlines are non-negotiable. If you foresee a problem, notify the admin team at least 4 hours before the deadline — not after. Late delivery without notice results in fines.
📝
Revision ready
Clients may request revisions. If the revision is within the original scope, you are required to complete it within the stated timeframe at no additional charge.
Expert levels
Levels are earned by completing pages through the platform. Higher levels unlock more order types, higher-paying assignments, and greater autonomy.
🌱
Probation
0 – 50 pages
All new experts start here. Orders are supervised. Admins review all deliveries before client release.
⭐
Standard
50 – 200 pages
Access to direct assignment. Bid pool opens fully. Spot-checks replace full review for most orders.
🏅
Advanced
200 – 500 pages
Priority for high-value orders. Higher pay bracket. Eligible for specialisation badges.
💎
Premium
500+ pages
Top-tier assignments, best rates, and recognition on the platform. Invitations to special projects.
📌 Demotion: Serious quality failures or repeated fines may result in a level demotion. Page count resets to the floor of the demoted level. For example, demotion from Advanced to Standard resets the count to 50 pages.
Fine schedule
Fines are deducted from your earnings for the affected order. Persistent issues may result in suspension or removal from the platform.

⚠️ Important: Fines are applied by the admin team after reviewing the specific situation. All fines are visible in your earnings dashboard along with the reason. If you believe a fine was applied in error, you can raise an appeal within 48 hours.
Revision policy
A revision request is valid if it asks for changes within the original brief. You are required to complete valid revisions. Revisions outside the original scope (e.g. a client requesting additional pages not in the original order) are not compulsory and should be flagged to the admin team.
Revision timeframes are set per order and shown in your dashboard. Typical windows are 4–12 hours depending on order size.
💡 Good practice: Before submitting, re-read the original instructions and check your work against every listed requirement. Most revision requests stem from missed formatting or citation style errors.
Appealing a fine
Every fine can be appealed. We review all appeals within 24 hours.
1
Log in to your dashboard and locate the order under the "Fines" section of your earnings summary.
2
Submit an appeal within 48 hours of the fine being applied. Appeals submitted after 48 hours are not accepted.
3
Provide your explanation — include any relevant evidence (screenshots, timestamps, file metadata). Keep it factual and concise.
4
Admin reviews and responds within 24 hours. If the appeal is upheld, the fine is reversed and credited to your next payout cycle.
